Booking and Ticketing
No, it is not necessary. You can present your proof of purchase directly on your smartphone during boarding.
In accordance with our T&Cs, tickets are personal, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable (except in the event of cancellation by us for security reasons).
Boarding takes place at the latest 15 minutes before departure. In the event of a delay, no refund or compensation can be granted.
Life on Board and Accessibility
Yes, our canine friends are welcome on our boats, with the exception of the “Dolphin and whale watching” excursion for their comfort and that of the wildlife.
Pregnant women of 7 months or more are not allowed on board for safety reasons. For people with disabilities, the captain remains the sole judge of boarding depending on the weather.
Minors under 18 are welcome on board; however, they must be accompanied by an adult.
All Monaco Riviera Navigation vessels (Atlantide 2 / Water Bus / Water Taxi) are strictly non-smoking.
Weather conditions and cancellations
MRN is the sole judge of sea conditions. If we cancel a departure for your safety, we will offer you a date change or a full refund.
Nature is unpredictable and the dolphins may be shy. If no animals are observed, we offer you a complimentary ticket for the “Monaco by Sea” tour (valid on a date proposed by MRN).
Services and Swimming
Swimming stops are possible under certain conditions: they are reserved for people over 10 years old who know how to swim, under their full responsibility. The captain may cancel this stop without notice if safety requires it.
The ticket price covers transport and taxes. Drinks and snacks taken on board are extra.
